I’ve had tendonitis (an inflammation of a tendon) in one elbow for about 3 months now.

The chiropractor says it’s “Golfers Elbow”, common as muck, and it will clear in about 12 months. On my periodic visits he is able to stretch and poke around a bit, which helps. Apart from that… it’s just going to be time.

Weird thing is, it’s worse in the mornings and improves during each day.

The biggest downer is that it hurts most of the time, and especially when making bread.

Ah well, such things are sent to try us.

Easy fix, don’t play as much golf. When I worked for myself I played a good deal of golf. Now I work for a company going through growing pains ;-) and the golf is a thing of the past.

If you are not playing heaps of golf you must be just getting older. Don’t worry it happens to all of us.

My dad has tendonitis in his shoulder at the moment. Someone suggested he try acupuncture, and though he was doubtful at first, he’s pleased with the results. He can lift his arm much higher than he could before, and we played four sets of tennis over Easter.

Could be worth a try!
